Absolutely! We have a luggage storage where you can leave your belongings for free when waiting to check into a room, or for a small fee of $2 once checked out of a room.

Yes, the guest laundry is coin operated. Highly efficient washing machine and dryer are available and you may also purchase soap.

Yes, linen is provided by us. If you need a towel, the reception can provide you with one for $2. Upon checkout, please strip your bed and bring your linen and towel to the reception. We don’t have bed bugs and don’t want them so please hand your sleeping bag to the reception upon check in. We will store it it for you free of charge!

Yes, each bed has a locker which will fit a standard travel backpack. Please bring your own padlock. If you don’t have a padlock, you may purchase one from reception.

We recommend that you park your vehicle on Marine Terrace where there is free 24 h parking. Click here for map.

Yes, our hostel has fully equipped kitchen facilities complete with refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, toasters, crockery and cutlery and individual storage lockers for your belongings. We dare you to show us your Gordon Ramsay culinary skills!

Coles Supermarket is located on the corner of Queen Street and Cantonment Street, a 3 minute walk from the Fremantle Hostel Backpackers.

Yes, for guests who bring their own laptops and other devices, we have FREE WIFI available in all areas of the hostel.
For those without a laptop, feel free to use one of our computer terminals in the common area.

Check in time is after 12pm, once housekeeping has finished cleaning the rooms. If you arrive to the hostel earlier than 12pm, you are welcome to leave your luggage in our luggage storage room and hang around in our common areas, use the kitchen, access the WIFI or explore beautiful Fremantle.

International passport or interstate drivers licence is required on check in. We also ask you to bring a refundable AUD 20 key deposit in cash.

Check out is 10 am.

If you expect mail after you leave Fremantle Hostel we ask you to get a prepaid envelope from the post office with a forwarding address and we will post it for you.

The earlier the better! Our busiest months are November to April; however Fremantle & Perth is a busy with many international events that attract BIG crowds throughout the year. We suggest you book as soon as you know your travel plans!
